We suggest to use the sintered diamond burs according to the range of 70mesh → 100mesh → 170mesh →325mesh → 600mesh to achieve good result. Because low mesh means coarse grit, which grind fast but the result will be rough, and high mesh means fine grit, grind slowly and will get smooth polishing effect.
1. Super Fine sintered diamond bur: It’s usually used to Pre-polish, good for final adjustment after a glaze sintering. It’s easy to polish glaze.
2.Fine cross sintered diamond bur:It’s usually used For final shaping,good for trimming metal margin before porcelain.
3.Medium sintered diamond bur: It has multiple usages. It can be used for metals, porcelain etc.
4.Coarse sintered diamond bur:It’s suitable for alloys,not suitable for ceramics.
5.Super coarse sintered diamond bur: It’s usually used for prepping metal and ceramic. But mostly it has aggressive on porcelain and some kind of metals.
